Respite
Short-term or respite care stays provide temporary housing and care in a furnished apartment—an ideal option for caregivers who need a safe environment for their loved ones while they are away or seniors with short-term care needs.
Memory Care
Our memory care provides an intimate, 24-hour secure environment with intensive care, supervision and specialized activities to keep the mind sharp. All apartments are private. Our sister communities, LifeStream at Youngtown and Bethesda Gardens Phoenix offer great accommodations for seniors in need of memory care.
Hospice Care
At LifeStream at Glendale, we are here for our residents and their families as they face end-of-life care. As a faith-based organization, our mission aligns with that of hospice—to provide the absolute best in compassionate care.
